I still can remember that day I was invited to a camp by Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®). During the day, I heard the seniors saying that the chairman will be coming down at night. I have been thinking that it must be a joke. Indeed, Peter Tan did come down. It surprised me.
It shows that how much this company mean to him and how he value each individual one of us. How often you will see a chairman come all the way down and have more than an hour of talk with some little ‘fly’? Perhaps not in a cooperate society. The session is not about insurance. It is about my goal and what I want in life.
Now, being a part of Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®), it strengthens my decision to be a part of them. As someone new to this industry, there are tons of things that I am unsure of. Lifen, Julia and Joann are patient and answering with enthusiasm even with their busy schedule.
What still impact me the most, is the family bonding. People are always ready to help when I have any doubts or problem, to share their experience and ideals with me. Other than that, I have a gang of warriors (Wu hao, Eng kee, Clara, Melissa, Phycilla) to accompany me fight this war, to motivate, and to push one another through. Visit me @ petertan.com.sg
